Subscribing to a photography magazine called the "What Digital Camera" would be a very good idea for many budding beginner photographers. It contains many digital camera reviews that would be helpful for the new photographers waiting to choose their first digital camera for professional photography. For example, one of the latest issues contains a comparison between the newest cameras of Nikon and Canon.

A new edition of "What Digital Camera" includes some new types of reviews, and this magazine will also give useful facts, hints, and tips for photography techniques. There are not only professionals like John Freeman to give tips on indoor shooting, but there are also pro-photographers like Antony Spencer and Niall Benvie who show people how to shoot wildlife and seasonal landscapes, from winter landscapes to summer landscapes.

World’s First ‘Eye Ball’ Camera is Being Developed by University Researchers

A new camera technology, being developed by a joint team from Northwestern University and the University of Illinois takes its inspiration from the human eye. This new camera, when developed, would offer a variable zoom lens in the most compact design ever. The world's first 'curvilinear camera', as its developers are calling it was showcased on GizMag.
This tiny eyeball camera has an array of flexible silicon photo-detectors that are attached to a flexible membrane behind a liquid lens. The camera is fluid-filled to create a flat lens. As the fluid is extracted, the lens and the sensors get concave, thereby changing the camera's focal point, creating the smallest zoom lens ever.
The silent prototype camera with no complex, jam-able parts measures smaller than an inch and a zoom capability of 3.5x which can be further boosted by the time this technology hits the commercial market.
